Brack's

Frank's restaurant journey began in 1985 as a dishwasher at York Steakhouse in Hanover, eventually working his way into management in Marina Bay. After 12 years with Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub and 10 years as General Manager of Home Plate, Frank decided to bring his own vision to life with support from his father: a restaurant centered around great food, genuine hospitality, and community. With Chef Johnnie Voltolini as his partner in the kitchen and longtime friend Chris Mather bringing his background in real estate and construction, Bracks became a reality.

Today, Bracks has grown to four locations — three restaurants and one café — while staying true to Frank's original vision of creating welcoming places where guests feel at home, employees feel appreciated, and the surrounding communities are supported.
